Guided Physio

Guided Physio is an app designed by an orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist  to allow self-guided pre and post-operative physiotherapy specifically for orthopaedic patients. It is a one-off payment of $5 and allows you to track your progress and has helpful videos explaining the exercises.
